The goal of inSIGHT is to create awareness in our community of the enactment in 1994 of Florida Statute 1003-42 and the need to help fund the activities, tools, programs and teacher training that is necessary to achieve the goal of this Statute to teach the lessons learned from the Holocaust and Genocides.

 

Palm Beach County and area schools have the opportunity to apply for grants from inSIGHT to enable teachers to educate students. A Grants committee will examine each request and its relevance to our mission to determine if the grant will be funded.

 

The community at large is invited to programing that creates awareness of man’s inhumanity to man. inSIGHT will organize and sponsor fund raising events and reach out to individuals, foundations and corporations in order to raise the money necessary to sustain our mission.

 

Major Goals:

 To use the experiences of the Holocaust and Genocides worldwide to recognize and oppose hatred and bigotry and to encourage acceptance and respect for all.

 

 To promote educational awareness by encouraging the application of the lessons learned by events in a way that makes a positive difference for our students.
